Subscription Terms

Your subscription is with Flowin, registration number 40203053267, Miera iela 97 - 26, Riga, LV-1013, Latvia. Payments are collected by Stripe on our behalf, and Flowin is the name that will appear against the charge.

RelationQ Premium unlocks your full RQ profile, your complete personalised plan, daily steps, exercises, progress tracking and situation-specific guidance, for the term you select.

Premium is offered on 3-month, 6-month and 12-month terms. The price per month, the total amount charged today, and the date of your first renewal are all shown on the payment screen before you confirm. Longer terms cost less per month; that is the only reason they cost less. We do not display crossed-out prices that were never charged, and we do not run countdown timers.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each term, at the same price and for the same length, until you cancel. We will email you before each renewal.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the term you have already paid for. We do not require you to call anyone, speak to a retention agent, or complete a survey in order to cancel.

Where the law gives you a statutory right to cancel — for example the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the UK and EU — that right applies, and we will honour it. Because Premium unlocks digital content immediately, you may be asked to consent to immediate access, which can affect that right; we will make that clear at the point of purchase.

Beyond those statutory rights we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. If the plan is not useful to you, email us within 30 days of that payment and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason or complete a form, and you keep your RQ profile either way. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and usually clear within 5–10 business days.

The guarantee applies to the first payment of a subscription. For later renewals, cancel before the renewal date to avoid the charge — and if something has gone wrong, contact us anyway. We would rather refund you than keep money from someone who feels misled.

Optional add-ons such as the RelationQ AI Coach are billed separately on their own recurring term and can be cancelled independently. Declining or cancelling an add-on has no effect on your Premium subscription.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. If a payment fails, we will retry and let you know before access is affected.

If we change the price of a plan, existing subscribers keep their current price for the term they are in, and we will tell you before any renewal at a new price so you can cancel first.
