RQ is our own framework. It is not a validated clinical instrument and not an IQ equivalent. The skills it measures come from published relationship research, and it scores them the same way each time so you can see change.

Yes. Your answers are saved to your session so you can close the tab and come back. We never sell them or use them for advertising, and you can ask us to delete all of it.

Abuse isn’t a communication problem, and RelationQ doesn’t treat it as one. If your answers suggest you may not be safe, the assessment stops and points you toward people trained to help. RelationQ isn’t a crisis service: if you’re in danger, call your local emergency number.
