An illustrative profile. Yours is built from your own answers in about four minutes.

If any of this is familiar

  • You check what they're doing online more often than you'd admit
  • You've drafted messages you didn't send — or sent ones you regret
  • You know their reasons and they still don't add up
  • You're fine for days, then it arrives out of nowhere
  • You're not sure whether you miss them or miss having someone
  • You can feel the same ending coming in the next one

None of that means anything is wrong with you. It means there’s a pattern, and patterns can be described.

What you get, free

Four minutes of honest questions, then something you can use.

01

What actually happened

Beyond their version and yours — the sequence that led here, and where it turned.

02

The contact question

An honest read on what staying in touch is giving you and what it's costing you.

03

The pattern you're carrying

So the next relationship starts from somewhere different.

Before you tell us anything difficult

Private by default

Your answers are encrypted, never sold, and never sent to advertising platforms. Analytics see which step you were on, never what you said.

No streaks, no guilt

Missing a day isn't a moral failure. There's no flame to lose and nothing to apologise to your phone for.

We won't tell you to leave

Or to stay. An app is not equipped to make that call, and any product that pretends otherwise is selling certainty it doesn't have.

Abuse isn't a communication problem

If your answers suggest you may not be safe, we stop the assessment and point you toward people trained for it. We don't optimise around it.

Questions people ask first

It's a RelationQ framework, not a validated clinical instrument, and it isn't an IQ equivalent. It's a structured, consistent way of turning how you describe your own relating into something you can see and track. That's useful — but we won't dress it up as something it isn't.

No. RelationQ works entirely from your side, because the part of a relationship you can actually change is your own. Partner features are on the roadmap, not a requirement.

No. RelationQ is an educational and self-reflection tool. It isn't medical, psychological, legal or emergency care, and it doesn't diagnose anything. It sits well alongside therapy and doesn't replace it.

The assessment and your initial profile are free. Premium unlocks your full RQ profile, the complete plan, exercises and progress tracking, on a 3, 6 or 12-month subscription — with the price per month, the total charged and the renewal date shown before you pay.

It's stored against an anonymous session so you can close the tab and come back. It's never sold, never used for advertising, and you can ask us to delete all of it.

Yes — arguably more so. The time between relationships is the only period you can examine your patterns without simultaneously managing someone else's reaction to them.
